I forgot my password. How can I have it sent to me?

I cannot login. What have I missed?

Make sure you are using the correct password and caps-lock on your keyboard is not turned on. Passwords are case sensitive and may be changed once you are logged in for the first time.


How can I download my registered software?

Once you are logged in, you will be taken to your software registrations page. (Note that subscribers will be taken to their subscription control panel.) Click the green/red download button to download software which has been registered to you.


How do I upgrade my software?

Upgrade links are visible on your personal registrations page. You need to login first, before you get access to this page. Click Buy to place the discounted product upgrade into your shopping cart and check out. Subscribers always see the latest versions of our software automatically in their account.
